Should I insure the market value of my house?

Buildings cover concerns rebuilding, not the sale price. Land value and rebuilding cost are different things.

Are phones and laptops covered outside the home?

Check personal possessions cover, item limits and territorial terms. Do not assume contents cover alone follows every item outside.

Practical details

Does working from home matter?

Tell us the type of work, equipment, visitors and stock. Business activities may need separate insurance.

What if I leave the house empty for a long trip?

Check the policy’s unoccupancy conditions and contact us before exceeding the allowed period. Security and services may need attention.

Ask about available payment arrangements and the total cost. Premium finance is subject to eligibility and terms.

What should I do if my circumstances change?

Contact us before changes affecting the insurance, including activities, property use, values or other insured details. Acceptance and any additional cost must be confirmed.
