Existing policies
Call 020 8374 9331 or email info@crossroadsinsurance.co.uk. Include your name and policy reference where available, but do not send payment-card details by email.
Claims and urgent incidents
Your policy documents contain the insurer’s claims contact and any emergency assistance number. Use that contact for urgent claims support, particularly outside our office hours.
Before you contact us
Help us direct your enquiry
For an existing policy, include the policyholder’s name, policy reference and a telephone number where we can reach you. For a new quotation, tell us the type of insurance and when you need it. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing policy information.
Changes, renewals and cancellations
Tell us whether you are asking about a renewal, requesting a change or wishing to cancel. Explain the date involved and contact us in good time. Sending a request does not itself confirm a change or cancellation; we will explain the applicable process and terms.
Outside office hours
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For emergency assistance or an urgent claim, use the relevant telephone number in your policy or assistance documents. Website enquiries and emails are not an emergency reporting service.
